It’s a Fashionable Friday here on the Jen Clyde Stylist blog! This cool combination of feminine and masculine is fabulous. With the boyfriend jeans slightly rolled up, the amazing oversized sweater, and a touch of fun with the leopard pumps. What a great combination for a fall (almost winter!) weekend!

I wanted to feature this pin because I love the way she belted the maxi dress, added yellows and browns to create a full “fall effect”, and put on a cute little cardigan over it! However… I’m dying over the little knot detail by her shoes…. pure genius. Now this is inspiration… something to make the dress your own AND works as a functional element (she now won’t step on her dress when walking!) AND don’t forget… this is the perfect way to show off a peep of your favorite shoe!

When I saw this pin, it made me crave the cold weather, I cannot wait for sweaters and chunky knit scarves and tights AND boots!!! This color combo with burgundy, red, and black is leaving me speechless!! The colors complement each other very nicely and this fall/winter you will have no problem finding these colors in stores everywhere!!

I am LOVING Kimberly Chatwin‘s Pin of the lace sweater. Who doesn’t love lace?? Lace is a great way to “add something special” to your outfit. As such a feminine staple you can add it to any color you’re wearing and it adds a touch of class when you’re wearing something edgy!
