Ashlee and Kate leave me with some serious hair envy after spoting these photos. The messy but pulled together look of the loose curls is definitely a coveted summer style. Plus I am head over heels for Ashlee’s ring and Kate’s flawless make-up, simply perfect!

Kids Love Summer and I love Kids Clothes
Click HERE to watch me on The Daily Dish this morning talking Kids Fashion!!!!
Being a Fashion Stylist and a “Mama Jen” as my cute style interns call me! One thing I even love more then styling others I love styling my kids! I have 4 kids, Taylor 12, Austin 11, Charlie 7, and little Lillee 5….so you can imagine what kind of fashion is being destroyed everyday by 3 very active boys and 1 little girl who loves her clothes just as much as looking at herself in the mirror singing to herself! One thing that is harder then raising kids ……getting clothes kids don’t destroy in one day! They run, they fall, they dig in dirt, they love to climb tress, and the list goes on and on….I think a pair of shoes for my older boys last maybe 1 month before there is holes in them! So us moms know we want cute clothes that don’t cost a ton because A. They grow out way to fast and B. They ruin them or stain them after the first day! So when the spring comes around I know they will be on that skate borad or bike and I know I need to find some cute clothes that serve as stylish and durable and cost effective. So listen up here are my kid picks for spring that make the best PLAY CLOTHES around TOWN! Here are my picks and enjoy your summer with those cute kids some of my most fave look are from 77Kids.com
Pick something bright:
For Boys look at some fun t shirts of course and my most fave a cute hoodie and I Love a cute cardigan and boat shoes are the only way to go!!
So when picking fun cute active chic kids wear go to some of my fave pic stores….H&M of course, 77kids, Target, and of course always check in with Old Navy. Thanks to all the stores who gave clothes to my show today and thanks to all of you that have supported my blog!! Please make sure you sign up and subscribe to get our daily updates right to you email. Even if you have signed up before we need you to sign up again. With our new look we need everyone to sign up again and resubscribe. Thanks for loving my fashion blog and hopefully you can be inspired to be the most stylish you!!

How to Rock your Easter Pastels
Rock your pastels for easter without looking like an easter egg!!
Itʼs that time of year again….Spring and then almost easter! This is when the clothing lines and retailers get all of their pastels out and ready for action. This year has never been bigger on pastels, mostly now in jeans. The number one trend is colored jeans and now they are bringing them in with some yummy easter colors.
There are different ways you can rock them and many different looks, but one of the main questions I always get is HOW? Can I wear them with my style even if I am not fashion forward? The answer is YES YOU CAN!
Here are some ways to give you an idea that you can rock anything.
1. Classic Look:
This girl is the classic girl that wants to be bold but keep her classic look in tact. So add any blouse, preferably white to stay on that crisp side, or add a color to color block it. But remember to keep it clean with no patterns. You can also add accessories but just go for simple chic like silvers or light colors. Shoes stay on the color or tan side and not black…too harsh for our classic feel.
2. Traditional pattern look:
This is where itʼs ok to add a pattern. You’re still keeping it soft and girly, but you will be rocking a fun, fresh look. I love love mustards and purples together! That color combo is one of my favorites and I feel like the balance is super good so you’re not looking like a giant easter egg. This is a super cute look for a causal, chic easter breakfast. I also feel like your not looking like your 12 years old when you pull these more mature pieces into balance out the purple. For accessories you can go either way funky and fun or simple and chic…..itʼs up to your preference. Then pulling in a fun, cute Jean Jacket is always nice to dress it down but yet still pulled together. I love jean jackets with colored denim…..so perfect.
3. Fashion Forward Look:
This is for that girl that already loves the trend and wants to take it one step further. She loves the pastel look but wants to add a bold color jacket on top and a fun funky t-shirt under the blazer to make it fresh. This look is for the girl who knows what she is doing and can pull off anything. This can be rocked with any shoe but I love it mostly with a wedge.
So this easter step out of your box a little bit. These Pastel Jeans are amazing! The price range is great! Itʼs something you may not want to spend tons of money on because they are super trendy, but at the same time donʼt go to cheap because these colored jeans can go all wrong if the fit is not right! They can make your legs look bigger so your fit needs to be perfect.
I got all of these amazing pastel jeans at Cotton Blossom Boutique in Salt Lake City, Utah. Now it’s your turn to go out and try one of these fun looks and stand out a bit and find your confidence with pastels.
Cheers!

This trend is so easy to rock. Time to color block!!!

Spring Trend: Floral Pants
Floral Pants are becoming a HUGE trend this season and I couldn’t be happier! There are so many different options to choose from and they make any ordinary outfit into and unbelievable outfit. They come in tons of different types of pants too; cropped, leggings, harem pants, wide leg, etc. So whatever your style is, there’s a floral pant to match it!
You may be wondering, “What do I pair with floral pants?” It’s not as tricky as it may seem! You can either go with a more classic look and just wear a plain, neutral colored blouse, or you can do something crazy like wear a striped top or even a leopard print top. I know it sounds like a lot but I promise you that floral and stripes look great together as well as floral and leopard print! So get out and find your favorite pair of floral pants! These are some of my favorites. (Click on the numbers under the picture to go to the links!)
Happy Weekend! Enjoy the warm weather!

Jen
