You could say I am EXTREMELY obsessed with blazers lately. So obsessed, that my show on Good Things Utah this week, is all about how to wear the blazer every way possible. So when I saw this pin that Sarah put on Pintribute, I just had to make it this week’s Pintribute post!
Jessica Alba is looking better than ever in this amazing outfit. The blazer is what pulls it all together. The number one plus about this blazer is that it can be worn in ALL SEASONS. It’s grey, a neutral, but not a wintery neutral like black, it’s TEXTURED, which makes it a point of interest in the outfit, and it’s oversized, allowing it to be either casual or dressed up.

So if your new to this blog you know this is the day that you walk with me throughout my week and hear about a personal moment, story, anger moments, happy moments, and fashion moments. This is the day I just let out my thoughts and moments. This moment these past two weeks has been crazy busy and mostly because I am ripping up my house…..because you know me…..I have to change my surroundings way to much. So here is some photos into my maddness and hopefully next week I can show some updates or let’s be honest…..maybe three to four weeks. Hope you feel my pain through this horrible construction….and check out my new grey floors my new fave. Any advice on what I should do?? please share love to see your inspiration photos I may have missed. Just need a table to eat dinner on again…I am dying sitting on the floor. My nightmare….
Floors finally done but……had to rip out all the trim and now we have to re do our kitchen table our trim….which my hubby the designer is totally obsessed with so it takes forever to finish because he is always at your homes designing them….but I will wait for him he is that good. We are looking at some new accent colors but love our grey….you know…we will see it’s all up in the air.
Ok so I hated these little cracks in my table that were there for the look of the table but all the food would get stuck in these little creases…..so idea…fill in the cracks….sand then sand then sand ohhhh wait yes then sand,. Did I mention I have a amazing designer breathing down my neck 24/7 so has to be perfect. But as my good friends remind me…at least it will look amazing. So hopefully after all the sanding and painting I will get you all a finished new designed home update….stay tuned.

Break out that wardrobe staple, the button-up blouse! This is the key to any women’s closet. I don’t care what age you are at. Little girls, teens, young moms, and any age thereafter wears the button white crisp shirt. How we style it is up to us and really how we move with the trends. This being said the White Shirt you just can’t style wrong. It goes with everything it looks amazing and it really can set you apart on how you style it. There are many ways but here are some of my favorite ways to wear it for summer so get ready to break out that summer must have and wear it proud.
1.Classic t shirt and jeans look is way spiced up with the white collared shirt and a bright cardigan for summer! I love to bring some bright tones with your white really just makes it more spring/summer and adds a fun element to your outfit but still looks clean and classic. Pair it with some cute skinny jeans are your ready to go for any casual event.
2.Playful classic white t shirt with some cute shorts and a blazer really plays with the fun mix match styling that I love so much. Wearing shorts with your classic white shirt really makes it more fun and playful but then adding the blazer just really pulls it all together so it’s not too playful it’s a perfect amount that I think is timeless and super fashion forward. Then a pop of color on the shoe and accessories are a must. You can do anything with the white shirt because it is so plain so don’t be shy get real fun this summer and wear it with pops of color.
3.Dress it up for work. I love a classic white shirt with a pencil skirt and some fun colorful skinny belt. Brings a nice successful vibe to your look. Also another fun one is taking a classic white and pairing it with a striped pencil skirt. This a fun but still successful look that will sure to turn heads at the office.
So really break this shirt out today and really put your own spin on it and be inspired to jump a tad bit out of your box and bring some fun color elements into the look. Be classic, clean, and stylish with this must have huge staple for all ages. These are some of the most inspiring white shirt styles I love and want to share…..
